    1. How do I order?
    • To purchase an ACME piece, you could place an online order via our website or visit our stores found in the following locations:
      • 1st Level, Glorietta 3
      • 2074 Upper Level, Alabang Town Center
      • 2021A Level 2, Festival Mall
      • ML2 Pedro Gil Wing, Robinson’s Manila
      • 2nd Floor Entertainment Mall, SM Mall of Asia
      • Annex, Ground Floor 134 SM City North EDSA

    1. What are your modes of payment?
    • We accept payments made in cash, bank deposit, cheque and Paypal. We also accept payment in installments.

    1. I need to have my purchase resized. Where can I go and how much will it cost?
    • You can have your ACME piece resized in any of our stores free of cost if it’s only for one size. For two sizes or more, the standard fee is Php 500.00.

    1. How do I clean and care for my ACME Jewelry pieces?
    • We offer cleaning and gold plating services that make your ACME jewelry good as new. They start at Php 500.00 and will be done in approximately 1-2 working days.

    1. I want to have my ACME piece personalized. What are your personalization services?
    • You can have your purchase hand-engraved with free cleaning and plating included. Simply visit our stores to have it done. You can also check out our services page for further services you may be interested in.

    1. Do you accept online orders?
    • Yes, we accept online orders through our website.

    1. Can I have my purchase delivered to my address? How many days should I wait before my order arrives?
    • We deliver to addresses within Metro Manila, and will usually take 2 to 3 working days.

    1. Will the jewelry tarnish?
    • No, they will not tarnish. Our fine jewelry are exclusively made only with genuine gold.

    1. Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

    Yes, they are. All the pieces of our collection are made only with genuine gold and do not contain alloys that may cause an allergic reaction.


    1. Do you accept bulk orders? How can I place a bulk order?
    • Please send us an e-mail through _____@_____.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible regarding your order.

    1. What is your return policy?
    • Please note that we do not accept refunds or change items, so please be sure you are 100% in love with your purchases before final purchase.
    • We do not accept exchanges for personalized items. Once the item has been engraved, it can no longer be exchanged.
    • We DO accept exchanges on ring sizes or you can simply have it resized in any of our store locations.
    • To exchange your purchase:
      • Item must be unworn
      • Item must come in undamaged original packaging (box or pouch)
      • You must show the official receipt given to you upon purchase from ACME Jewelry.
    • Please note that purchases have to be returned within ___ days.
